Two great races and One Great evening
1) One Mile Fun Run for Youth (K-5th grade)    Starts at 6 pm (registration starts at 5:15 pm) Cost $5
2) 5K Run/Walk for all ages.  Starts at 7 pm (registration starts at 5:15 pm) Cost Adults $20    Students $15

Mardi Gras in May for Haiti
Dress in Mardi Gras clothing and colors (purple green and gold) All 5K runners will support local Haitian works by receiving a Peace Cycle Bag.  1 mile Fun Run Runners will receive Mardi Gras Treasures and Surprises.  Click here to learn more about PeaceCycle 
AFTER RACE PARTY: DINNER AND MUSIC  Following the run, join your fellow runners for a festive Creole dinner of black beans and Rice, Hot Dogs and Dessert.  Quench your thirst with soda or a cash bar of beer, wine specialty drinks and Haitian rum and coke.  Enjoy the evening, dancing the night away to the DJ sounds of all your favorite dance music.

Proceeds of Run Benefits Teacher 2 Teacher Program and JUST HAITI
The Teacher 2 Teacher program originated in 2007.  In connection with the Church of the Holy Family Twinning Program.  Teacher 2 Teacher sponsors 5 schools in Baptiste Haiti.  Over 1,000 students and 35 teachers are supported by the Teacher to Teacher Program Proceeds of the race pay for teacher training.


The Church of the Holy Family is teaming with JUST HAITI coffee co-op to support sustainable coffee growing in Baptiste Haiti.  Starting in the fall of 2016, twenty four families have been trained by a licensed agronomist to grow coffee.  The coffee will be sold to JUST HAITI to be shipped to the United States.
