Q: When is the Run/Walk? A: Friday, May 3, 2024
Q: Tell me about the 5K Run/Walk A. Participants run/walk 3.1 miles (5 kilometers) through Laurel Cove Neighborhood
The run/walk starts at 7 pm and is for all ages
Registration is 6:00-6:45 pm
Cost Adults $25 ($30 on race day)
Students $15 ($20race day)

Q: Where is the Race? A:5k Run/Walk starts and finishes at The Church of the Holy Family Church.
Q: What are the Medal Age Groups A: 12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over (Men and Women Top 3 in each group)
for 5K run only the Top 3 finishers Male and Female will receive a medal
Q: What does the Race Benefit? A: All proceeds of the race go to the Haiti Teacher 2 Teacher Program

Q: What happens after the race? A: A creole dinner of Black Beans and Rice will be served with other snacks
Q: What is this year's entertainment? A: Dance the night away with DJ music playing all your favorite dance music
Q: What will there be to drink? A: Lemonade and Water are free. A cash bar of beer, wine, and Haitian Rum will be available.
Q: Will child care be provided? A: Child care will be provided during the race for ages 1 and up. (6:30pm-8:00pm)
Q: Who will provide the race times? A: Tidewater Striders will be the official timekeeper of the race!
